Conclusion of contract
A legally binding contract between the two parties is concluded when the customers places an order for the provision of services such as career counselling, an application check or a mock interview. This order can be placed in writing, by post, by e-mail, by telephone or through the website www.hallogermany.com by clicking the "Pay now" button.
Liability
All our documents and individual consultations are provided to the best of our knowledge and belief and with the greatest care. However, waywise GmbH assumes no liability for the consultation provided, suggested application strategies or specific application content. This responsibility lies solely with the customer. We do our best to support you in your job search, but we cannot guarantee a successful placement or application process in Germany (e.g. with companies, universities, scholarship programmes). For this reason, we carefully assess each candidate’s profile before the booked session takes place and reserve the right to decline any booking if we consider it appropriate. Should this be the case, the customer will of course be refunded the entire booking amount without any deductions.
Cost and payment
Pricing
We are based in Germany. This means that the pricing of our services is based on German standards and that all prices are shown and calculated in Euro. All prices include the value-added tax which is legally applicable in Germany. At waywise GmbH there are no hidden costs or fees. Although the prices shown on our site are subject to change, we strive to keep our pricing policy as transparent as possible.
Payment
Payment can be made online by credit card or PayPal without registration. Please note that all services must be paid for fully in advance and that your local bank may charge you for international transfers if you are a resident abroad.
Individual orders
Some inquiries are complicated and require extensive research by one of our experts. If this is the case, the customer will be informed in advance about the estimated time required and the fees for this additional service. It is then up to the customer to decide whether to accept or reject the offer. No action will be taken by waywise GmbH without the customer’s consent.
Cancellation
Inform us as early as possible if you cannot make it for the session or would like to cancel. If customer reschedules or cancels latest 24 hours before the scheduled meeting, the customer will receive a full refund of the booking fee. To do so, the customer can either send us an email to hallo@hallogermany.com or click on the link provided in the confirmation email received upon booking. If the customer cancels the booking later than 24 hours in advance, the full price will be charged an no refund will be given. The same applies if the customer does not appear for the scheduled meeting.
