Frequently asked questions

What kind of relocation services does HalloGermany offer?

HalloGermany supports with the application for your visa or residence permit to work in Germany, e.g. the EU Blue Card, IT specialist or skilled worker visa or with the change of your existing residence title. You can get a full overview of the different service levels and pricing here.

Why do I have to book a relocation call before going for a relocation service?

We want to make sure that your booking with us is worthwhile and that we can actually provide you with the service you are looking for. The pre-check allows us to determine if you meet the necessary criteria for our relocation services and how we can support you in the best possible way.

What happens after the relocation call?

In the relocation call, we will answer any questions you have. We will then provide you with a customized, non-binding offer for a visa or relocation service. If you decide to book a service with us, we will pass on your details to our relocation partner and you will receive access to a personalized online account where you can upload your documents and schedule a call with your assigned case manager to initiate the process.

What happens if the pre-check turns out negative?

In this case, we will go over the criteria that are not met and give you a recommendation on how to proceed. If you meet the criteria at a later date, you can contact us again at any time.
